WTF?? DONALD FAISON IS A BROKE “SCRUB”???

I only missed one mortgage payment, dammit!!!

Looks like Scrubs star Donald Faison is on the broke-n-busted list. The former Clueless star is having trouble paying his mortgage.

Luther Burbank Savings just filed a lawsuit, claiming he hasn’t been paying the mortgage on an apartment complex he bought in Inglewood, CA for $525,000 back in 2008. The bank claims Faison hasn’t paid a dime since November and wants permission to initiate a foreclosure action.

The bank is also suing for $514,657.76

Damn! Damn! Damn!! Donald needs to raise some cash quick with Scrubs on hiatus. Since he’s all buddy buddy with Nicky Hilton – maybe he can get a room at — wait for it — the Hilton!! Quiet as it’s kept, probably the real reason Faison is brizoooke is because of all those 20 children he has! Child support is a motha!
