Amare is learning his religious roots…even studying Yiddish!!
NBA superstud Amare Stoudemire recently found out that his moms is Jewish…which makes him Jewish as well!
On his twitter account, The New York Knicks power forward said he is going to Israel to study Hebrew and “get a better understanding on who we R.” At last report, Amare was eating a late lunch at a cafe Jerusalem.
Alrighty then. I’ve seen it all! A jewish black man ballin’ in the NBA. Wonder if he’ll wear a yomica during games instead of a headband!
