Dwyane Wade’s new boo Gabrielle Union has been cleared of all charges filed against her by Siohvaughn Wade, D-Wade’s ex-wife, accusing the actress of getting too flirtatious with Wade in front of the NBA star’s kids.
Siohvaughn claimed that both her and Dwyane’s sons were left scarred when Gabrielle and the Miami Heat guard engaged in “sexual foreplay” in front of them.
Both Dwyane and Gabrielle denied the allegations calling them “erroneous claims” — and last week, a judge in Illinois officially dismissed Siohvaughn’s lawsuit, citing improper jurisdiction.
Gabrielle’s lawyer— who called the lawsuit a “shame” and a “waste of time” — told TMZ, “The allegations against Ms. Union are completely false and do not belong in the Illinois Court System.”
I bet Wade and Gabby are glad this mess is over. Now they can get their lovey-dovey on…just be respectful of the youngins, yall!! That (Siohvaughn) is still their mother…even though she a little on the crazy side!
