Now that Tyler Perry has scooped up Isaiah Mustafa, it was time for another man to take over Old Spice….
As you can remember, Isaiah Mustafa took the Internet by storm in his hilariously viral Old Spice commercials, but memes, like all good things, must come to an end.
But wait! Today, Old Spice released a new commercial from the same ad masters who did the Isaiah Mustafa ads, Wieden + Kennedy, only this time it features Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis. While Lewis’s powers of seduction don’t quite measure up to Mustafa’s, seeing him saddle up a jet-powered raven and blast off to Saturn is pretty impressive. We want to know: is this meme-overkill?
