Evan Ross takes his sand to the beach – and her name is Chora Skinner!

LA’s undercover party king stepped out in Hollywood last night with his ‘wife’ – or at least that’s what he calls her – I don’t think I’ve ever seen a ring on it!

The young couple have been going hard for a few years now, but she hasn’t slowed down his partying ways.  Evan and Chora party at least three times a week. I guess in Hollywood, a couple that parties together, stays together!
