It seems like Lil’ Kim is going to take a back seat in her beef with Nicki Minaj (good idea) but instead is releasing one of her top Generals to handle biz.

Rising star and Lil’ Kim protege, Tiffany Foxx continues to captivate the rap industry with breathtaking visuals from her highly successful debut solo project “Yellow Tape”

The song, which pays homage to Jay Z, helped establish Tiffany Foxx as a certified rising star with her recently released debut solo mixtape “Yellow Tape,” which has received over 9,800 downloads on DatPiff.com.

“I’m more than excited and happy with how Yellow Tape turned out. It was the first [project] I did my way and I was 100 percent hands-on with the lyrics, production and visuals. It superseded my expectations!” notes the buxom beauty. Tiffany plans to turn heads with the visually stunning “Jay Z” video, which will be shot in Brooklyn, NY featuring Lil’ Kim.

The emcee’s bigger than life personality, bold lyrics, looks to kill and Midwest swag, keep her “Goaldiggers” coming back for more. She chose the term Goaldiggers to describe her fans because “it means setting goals, dreams and standards all the way high. I was always very ambitious and took risks that people laughed at. But now that my dreams are coming true, I want to embrace the underdogs and dedicate this next project to my fans,” explains Tiffany.

In addition to recording her new project, Tiffany is now the face of new fashion clothing line “Drugs,” to be unveiled in February. She will also perform at a special event during NBA All-Star weekend in Houston, TX next month.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Tiffany Foxx followed in the steps of her good friend Nelly, by pairing her poetry with music to create her own songs. Going against the grain of her family’s wishes for her to become a cosmetologist, Tiffany got her first big break as a vixen in Nelly’s “Country Grammar” video. She later teamed up with female rappers Scar La Don and Brooke Holladay to form the group “June 5th” which eventually disbanded after creating a buzz in the industry. Tiffany eventually launched her solo career and worked with the likes of Shawty Lo, Lola Monroe, and super producer Bangladesh, but her path took an unexpected turn in late 2012 when she ended up in a studio with her idol Lil’ Kim. The rap icon happened to listen to some of Tiffany’s music and loved it so much that she asked to be on one of the records.

Hence, “Jay Z” was born and Tiffany officially became a part of Lil Kim’s team – a true dream come true for the St. Louis native.
