Black Porn Star, Sledge Hammer, Dies After Being Tasered By Police!

(via AVN) The adult industry mourns the death of Sledge Hammer, who passed away the other night after being removed from a respirator following an incident last Sunday when he was reportedly tasered by officers from the Los Angeles Police Department.

The 39-year-old had been a performer in nearly 800 hardcore videos stretching back to 1995, when he did his first two movies for Stoney Curtis’ Celestial Productions before disappearing from the porn scene for almost two years.

“He’s a giant teddy bear; real nice guy,” said director Bobby Manila, who worked with Hammer last year in Mom’s Cuckold 6 and 7. “He was a real great guy to work with. Unfortunately, the business, as far as black male talent, has dropped off considerably, and as far as movies go, I would say the last two years had been hard on him as far as getting work.”

Dick Clark Dies….

Dick Clark – famed TV producer, and “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” host — died from a massive heart attack this morning … TMZ has learned. He was 82.

Details surrounding his death are unclear, but Clark had suffered a significant stroke in 2004 — forcing him to retire from his hosting gig at “New Years’ Rockin’ Eve,” which he created in 1972.

Raptress Azealia Banks Signs With Lady Gaga’s Management!

Troy Carter (my old boss on ‘Eve’ show) adds the much-hyped newcomer rapper to his client roster; “Broke With Expensive Taste,” her debut album for Interscope, is due out in September.

Newcomer Azealia Banks, who signed to Universal Music in January, is being represented by Lady Gaga’s manager Troy Carter.

The rapper’s debut album for Interscope, Broke With Expensive Taste, is slated for release in September.The 20-year-old Harlem native was previously signed to XL Recordings, home to Adele, and famously parted ways with the label citing conflicting creative visions. After the split, Banks self-released the highly hyped track “212″ in December and momentum has only built since then.

Mystikal Goes Back To Jail!

Damn Mystikal, say it ain’t so!

Looks like Mystikal and T.I. have something in common, they can’t stay out of jail. The New Orleans rapper has been ordered to serve three months behind bars due to a probation violation.

The 41-year-old MC, born Michael Tyler, was released from a Louisiana prison in 2010 after serving six years for sexualbattery and extortion. He will return to jail on May 14, according to The Advocate.
