Bow Wow talks his new forthcoming album ‘Underrated’ (expected March 13th 2012), his gratitude for being able to make it to Jermaine Dupri, and close relationship with Snoop Dogg!
Bow Wow talks with Vibe exclusively regarding his seventh solo album ‘Underrated’ and it’s meaning:
“For me, it’s about [my] story being told. That’s what it’s really all about. For people who didn’t know me or thought they knew me,” says Bow Wow. It’s time for me to let them know who I am”.
Apparently, Bow Wow is routinely mobbed by casting agents wanting him for their movies. In a recent interview with Mina SayWhat, the rapper says he passed on a role in the historical drama Red Tails.
Citing his busy schedule as the reason for not taking the role, the Young Money emcee went on to claim he is one of Hollywood’s most sought after Black actors.
“I got the script for Red Tails and I was actually busy… I was busy,” Bow Wow said. “You got to understand anytime you see any roles in Hollywood for young black men they all come to me. They all come to me.”

When asked in the interview about clearance from YMCMB, Bow Wow makes it a point to let his listeners know:
