Chris Rock should’ve thought twice about remaking the classic film ‘Death At A Funeral’ from the get-go – - and now he may have to pay!!
According to Radar, the comedian, along with Sony Pictures Entertainment, Sidney Kimmel Entertainment and nearly 20 others are being sued for breach of contract and fraud over the flick Death At A Funeral and RadarOnline.com has the lawsuit.

After catching Neil LaBrute’s remake of a British film, Death At A Funeral, I must say it was very comical and surprisingly entertaining!! The film, which features comic legends Chris Rock and Martin Lawrence, gets fantastic performances from Tracy Morgan and James Marsden…both of whom make the film a comedic success! (Good thing, too because Martin and Rock were waaaay less than legendary in the film!!)
