No it has nothing to do with Donald reportedly being a broke as mofo who can’t pay his mortgage…

The Donald was actually in a helping mode yesterday at the LA Mission in downtown giving away shoes!!!

Cacee Cobb tweeted:

A month ago we reported that Donald was behind on his child support payments:

Luther Burbank Savings just filed a lawsuit, claiming he hasn’t been paying the mortgage on an apartment complex he bought in Inglewood, CA for $525,000 back in 2008. The bank claims Faison hasn’t paid a dime since November and wants permission to initiate a foreclosure action.

The bank is also suing for $514,657.76

While it’s very sweet of this couple to do good and give back, let’s hope that the rumors about his financial situation aren’t true, so the two won’t be on the receiving end of the LA Mission! Wowzers!

I only missed one mortgage payment, dammit!!!

Looks like Scrubs star Donald Faison is on the broke-n-busted list. The former Clueless star is having trouble paying his mortgage.

Luther Burbank Savings just filed a lawsuit, claiming he hasn’t been paying the mortgage on an apartment complex he bought in Inglewood, CA for $525,000 back in 2008. The bank claims Faison hasn’t paid a dime since November and wants permission to initiate a foreclosure action.

The bank is also suing for $514,657.76

Damn! Damn! Damn!! Donald needs to raise some cash quick with Scrubs on hiatus. Since he’s all buddy buddy with Nicky Hilton – maybe he can get a room at — wait for it — the Hilton!! Quiet as it’s kept, probably the real reason Faison is brizoooke is because of all those 20 children he has! Child support is a motha!
