Erica Mena, the feisty Latina who fought her competition Kimbella over money mishaps on last weeks episode of VH1’s Love & Hip-Hop, releases a snippet to her debut song “Fantasy.” Wow, that was fast!
Casting off her world-wide buzz after only 7-days from her cat scratching television debut, the video vixen pursuing a musical career samples J.Lo’s hit “Get Right,” and seems to have pulled her distasteful vocal range as-well.Could she be the next pop sensation?

“Love & Hip Hop” star Erica Mena tells TMZ, the vicious, glass-smashing, hair-pulling cat fight between her and Kimbella Vanderhee has torpedoed her modeling career — and it’s all VH1′s fault.
In case you missed this week’s episode, Kimbella throws a champagne glass at Erica — after Erica accuses her of cheapening the video vixen industry by agreeing to work for a coke and a smile. Erica responds by grabbing Kimbella’s hair and …well it goes up in flames pretty fast.
In her latest Bravo blog, Kim talks about seeing The Nene during Cynthia’s opening of her modeling agency.

Talk about a day late and a dollar short! Sheree Whitfield just released a diss track aimed at her former friend and current Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Nene Leakes, “Who Gone Check Me Boo?”
The title, as those who have watched the show for a few seasons know, comes from an infamous argument that Sheree had with a party planner during Season 2. Her beef with Nene stems from a dispute over money and public appearances and got ugly after each began telling the other who is and is not rich. The song does a pretty good job of stating Sheree’s case, although some of the lyrics split hairs about her financial situation. Watch…

Laura Govan of VH1’s hit reality series “Basketball Wives: LA” has teamed up with fiancée Gilbert Arenas’ (Orlando Magic) non-profit organization the Zero Two Hero Foundation to assist families who are in need this holiday season.
This year the Zero Two Hero Foundation chose students from Oakland’s Edna Brewer Middle School & Oakland High School to be recipients of their donation. Students were surprised to see the newly petite reality star show up to their school on Thursday afternoon dressed like one of Santa’s helpers, wearing a Christmas hat with goodie bag in tow.

Do you feel that you are accurately portrayed on the show?
Um I think 6 months ago when I started filming that’s where I was at. A lot has changed in the last few months. I have grown and my relationships have changed. I’ve changed a lot from it. You know, there’s a lot more to me than what they show. I think a lot of it is negative and I don’t like it but you know it comes along with the territory of being a on a reality show. I have a story line I guess, so they follow the drama and the emotional part of me. I think that I am accurately portrayed in some areas, not in all of them.
Remember when Kyla Pratt was the next big teen star – then KeKe Palmer came along…now I am not sure what she’s working on. But I hope she gets it together…soon!
