Come on Halle, don’t do it like this.

Halle Berry is asking the judge in her custody war for permission to move to France with Nahla – and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is saying … over my dead body.

TMZ has learned Halle filed papers with the court requesting the move and the hearing is pending. Sources tell us Gabriel is livid because he believes the move is punitive and designed to strip him of any contact with his daughter.

Gabriel Aubry: Good Parent Gone Bad!?

TMZ reports that Halle Berry is attending court this AM regarding an order prohibiting her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, from having ANY contact with 3-year-old Nahla until the child endangerment investigation against him is resolved!

Gabriel earlier this week undergoing a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation (click for LAPD report) The french Canadian model having allegedly pushed Nanny (Alliance Kamden) with daughter Nahla in her arms.

TMZ also reports that Gabriel was screaming racial remarks at Nanny Alliance, before pushing her. It seems things are not looking so bright for the Gabriel in regards to these outbursts of anger and racial remarks. Its sad to see what appears to be a good parent go bad, especially when children and nannies are involved!

TMZ is reporting that they now have details about the stalker who has invaded Halle Berry’s home twice in two days … and it’s downright scary.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Halle was in her kitchen yesterday when she looked out the window and saw a man staring at her … holding some sort of book.

Yesterday an article was published on the Psychology Today website that claimedscientific evidence that proves Black women were less attractive than women of other races…that was just the tip of the iceberg!

Another writer at Psychology Today penned a response to the article entitled ‘Why Are Black Women Less Physically Attractive Than Other Women?

Mikhail Lyubansky, Ph.D. says:

I just conducted a study that found Black women are more attractive than women from other racial/ethnic groups. I polled myself, 3 different times over 5 hrs. The results are statistically significant and show strong test-rest reliability. I have pretty charts that summarize the data.Not convinced?Of course, you’re not. My opinion doesn’t represent anyone other than me, no matter how many times I decide to poll myself (and for the record, I don’t think women from any racial group are any more attractive than women from any other) Obvious?Perhaps!

Psychology Today reports:

There are marked race differences in physical attractiveness among women, but not among men. Why?

Add Health measures the physical attractiveness of its respondents both objectively and subjectively. At the end of each interview, the interviewer rates the physical attractiveness of the respondent objectively on the following five-point scale: 1 = very unattractive, 2 = unattractive, 3 = about average, 4 = attractive, 5 = very attractive. The physical attractiveness of each Add Health respondent is measured three times by three different interviewers over seven years.

Okay, I didn’t even notice that Mo’nique wasn’t at the Oscars. Truthfully, I forgot she was an Oscar winner after watching multiple episodes of her BET talk show. But as I was reading my friend Necole Bitchie’s site, I was hoping for a real excuse to why she didn’t appear, and the reason…(drum roll)

Because she had to tape her BET show! Really? Really? The Oscars vs. BET?? And all the Black folks complaining about there was no ‘color’ [as if it's required] at this year’s award show. SMH!
