No, the NAACP is not suing these three for defamation of character!

Jamie Foxx and Tyler Perry are being sued for $1 million each by a prisoner — who claims the duo jacked his idea for a groan-worthy new comedy … starring Foxx, Perry, and Martin Lawrence … all dressed as women.

In case you haven’t heard … the project is called “Skank Robbers” — a wacky action comedy about two lady bank robbers … with Lawrence’s Sheneneh character from “Martin,” Foxx’s Wanda from “In Living Color,” and according to reports … Tyler Perry‘s Madea … from every bad movie you’ve seen. The project is reportedly in development.

She has appeared in her brother Jamie Foxx’s “Blame It” music video, hit the stage at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards in front of 26 million viewers and “battle danced” with celeb pals such as Denzel Washington and Chris Brown.

But Deondra Dixon’s latest turn in the spotlight makes her brother especially proud: The outgoing 27-year-old is the 2011 Ambassador for the Global Down Syndrome Foundation.

“She’s a superstar now,” Foxx, 43, tells PEOPLE in an exclusive interview in this week’s issue.

“One thing people may not understand is that the love a person with special needs gives you is unfiltered,” he says of their strong sibling bond.

“There is nothing in the way of them loving you and there is nothing in the way of them being upset with you either. You really get the true individual.”

As for DeOndra, who lives with Foxx in Los Angeles, she is grateful for her Oscar-winning brother’s support. “I’m happy to have a big brother to count on, who I love every day,” she says.

WHAT’S JAMIE FOXX’S CONNECTION TO THE MOB??

Calm down people…no he’s not part of the Black Mafia Family like Diddy some other celebrities…Jamie is pitching a new show about the mob!!

According to Deadline,

Jamie Foxx is getting entrepreneurial with a new drama TV project. I hear the Oscar winner over the past two weeks shot a trailer for a potential drama series entitled Tommy’s Little Girl. Selma Blair and Paul Sorvino star in the trailer for the project, which is based on an idea by Foxx. It revolves around several older mobster guys, played by Sorvino, Sopranos alum Tony Sirico and James Russo, and centers on Sorvino’s relationship with his daughter, played by Blair. Foxx is currently editing the trailer for the project, which is being financed by a private investor. When ready, it will be taken out to the top cable networks. Foxx has been focusing on TV producing lately.

Also this past pilot season, he executive produced a sketch-comedy pilot for Fox. Foxx is with CAA; Blair with Gersh; Sorvino with Innovative and KLWG; Sirico with Bob McGowan.

You go Jamie, just make sure you also add one of your peoples to the cast, producing, and writing staff!!

What a random pairing! Or not?

Jamie Foxx and Tyrin Turner [remember him? Menace II Society?] were spotted having dinner at LA hot spot Katsuya in Hollywood!! From the pics it must’ve boyzzz night out!!

I don’t know why these two look so shook coming out the restaurant, but Tyrin quickly explained that this was nothing more than a “meeting” with Foxx about his new “In Living Color” style sketch comedy show, to which he is a writer. Thanks for the explanation Tyrin, even though we didn’t ask for one! Ha!

But glad you cleared the air for us, I mean it’s not like we thought it was a date or nothing. Right?
