Over the weekend Mary J Blige’s 13 year old Protege Katlyn Nichol tweeted that she was in Los Angeles, CA working on her album “Yesterday was awesome! Met up with @maryjblige and visited@justinbieber in the studio. Too much fun XD #excited ”
She posted a photo of her in the studio with her Island Def Jam labelmate Justin Bieber. No word on if there’s a possible collaboration for her debut album.

I told you Mariah Yeater was lying. Home girl dismissed the paternity suit against Justin Bieber and now she thinks it’s all good … #NOT!
TMZ broke the story, Yeater dismissed the suit last Thursday, after Justin and his team made it clear … they were going to sue Yeater and her lawyers for filing a malicious claim.
Despite the fact that Yeater’s claim has now been dismissed and the 2 lawyers who filed it have quit, Justin is not backing down from his threat.
He saw it coming.
While promoting his new holiday album Under The Mistletoe, Justin Bieber was asked some uncomfortable questions about the alleged baby he supposedly fathered with 20-year-old Californian Mariah Yeater on the Today Show this morning.
And while the Canadian pop sensation tweeted recently that he was choosing “to ignore” the claims, the subject wasn’t so avoidable when he appeared on the Today Show this morning.
Matt Lauer quickly pounced on the subject, and Bieber jumped in with what honestly came across like a prepared statement:

The Biebs must be ready for some R&R! After picking up six Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night, Justin was snapped with his best girl, Selena Gomez, during a getaway to Maui on Monday.
The 17-year-old and his older woman (Selena will be 19 in July) were caught by cameras donning shades and barely-there beach gear while walking on the boardwalk. With all these public appearances, the two seem to be getting pretty serious.
It looks like Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez will be working on their next date night. The two teen stars have been announced as presenters at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards taking place this Sunday, Billboard.com reports.
Other big names on hand to present include Kylie Minogue, Jada Pinkett Smith, Joe Jonas, Keri Hilson, Marc Anthony, “Glee” star Matthew Morrison, Nas, Scott Weiland, Tim Allen, Travis Barker, Trey Songz and “Modern Family” star Rico Rodriguez.
Songwriter Heather Bright, who penned the Femme Fatale track “Trouble For Me”, has written a blog post supporting Britney’s lack of songwriting skills — or rather, her goodwill of not taking songwriting credit when she isn’t responsible for writing a song. Too bad she can’t say the same thing for other pop stars!
In a blog post, Bright defends Britney (and blasts other pop stars in the process):
