BIG BOI AVOIDS JAIL TIME, TAKES PLEA DEAL

Big Boi will avoid jail time following his arrest in August on drug charges in Miami.

The 36-year-old Outkast rapper (born Antwan Patton) was in a Miami courtroom Thursday (October 13), where he agreed to a deal that includes three months of drug testing, community service and a $2,000 charitable donation, according to The Associated Press.

Big Boi was arrested while exiting a cruise ship in August after a K-9 police dog sniffing for drugs hit upon him. When police searched the rapper, they allegedly found substances including 10 and a half Viagra pills, three pills of suspected Ecstasy, a cigarette roller with marijuana residue and 5.7 grams of MDMA powder.

“I’ve got a message for Lil Wayne, his Cash Money Brothers, DJ Khaled, Puff Daddy and all the rappers from other parts of the country who now live in Miami. I’m tired of seeing these cats using up our beaches, soaking up our sunshine, taking over the nightclubs, and sleeping with our women without investing anything into the community. I want to know when Lil Wayne is going to do more than show up courtside at the American Airlines Arena. Hell, it’s not like he paid for them anyway. You know he got comped.

SEAN KINGSTON CALLS INJURIES A “LIFE OR DEATH” SITUATION

Opening up for the first time since his life-threatening jet-ski accident, Sean Kingston says doctors had to perform open heart surgery on him after his Memorial Day weekend jet ski crash — calling the experience a “life or death situation.”

Kingston just sat down for an MTV First special and told Sway Calloway … when he was being released from the hospital, docs discovered a heart condition that required immediate surgery.

SEAN KINGSTON TO MAKE FULL RECOVERY IN 6 WEEKS!!!

MTV is reporting that after entering a hospital on Sunday with critical injuries from a personal watercraft crash, singer Sean Kingston is now expected to make a full recovery from his injuries.

CNN, citing two unnamed sources close to Kingston, reported that the injuries sustained in the crash should take around six weeks to heal. The sources told the news network that the “Beautiful Girls” singer suffered a broken jaw, a fractured wrist and water in his lungs.
