TMZ UPDATE: Tila’s lawyer calls the allegations, “patently absurd” … and insists Sun is simply filing the lawsuit to “get back at [Tila]” after he was fired from his role on Tila’s website. The lawyer adds, “[Sun] will undoubtedly be held accountable by appropriate authorities for making these false allegations.”

Tila Tequila put on a brave face last night as she hit up Phillipe Chow in West Hollywood!

She had to put on a brave face, to step out lookin’ like this!

Miss Tila, her new mangled weave, and bad dye job hit up Phillipe Chow last night. She’s smiling through the pain of a judge dismissing her “faux” shock from and old sex tape allegedly being “leaked”. This is what happens when you lie about everything Tila, people stop believing you.

Now we all know that this sex tape scandal is a publicity stunt and is being handled, controlled, and manipulated to the media by Team Tila [which consists of Tila Tequila and her two fake boobs].

According to TMZ, Tila’s lawyer, Alan Gutman, just asked an L.A. County Superior Court judge for an injunction, prohibiting the release of one of her sex tapes. Gutman argued the tape — shot more than 7 years ago during a trip with her boyfriend — was an invasion of privacy and a misappropriation of her image.
