Nicki Minaj, has unveiled the Barbie-themed artwork for her debut album ‘Pink Friday‘. The ever-so-slightly avante-garde, Barbie Doll theme is one that Nicki has been using for a while now, featuring it in her mixtapes, her fashion, her music videos, lyrics, and catch-phrases.

The album is set to feature Nicki’s mega-hit “Your Love’, as well as her latest single “Right Through Me”. It’s also assumed that her other two singles, “Check It Out” feat Will.i.am and the underrated mega-flop “Massive Attack”, will be included on the tracklisting, too. While Nicki Minaj may be one of the most hyped and buzzed about artists in recent years, she’ll have a tough spot landing the top spot on the albums chart when  ’Pink Friday‘ drops on November 22, as the day will also see releases from Kanye West, Ne-Yo, Ke$ha and several others.

Although I lover her whole style, she’s becoming more of a Barbie on Acid caricature, than an actual doll.  Elongated legs and all, I love the cartooned way she presents herself and will be looking out for the album!

Obviously, the majority of the men in hip-hop don’t want you to think they’re gay. That’s just the reality of it. I’m a woman, so I have a lot more flexibility. And I don’t lose credibility in any way if I say I think girls are dope and sexy.”

We’re gonna need names Ms. Minaj!!

But for real, when Nicki Minaj came on the scene she got a major, major, major side-eye from me, but the rapper is giving me all i need in life with this photo shoot!

S. DOT THE PEN continues his attempt to become that R&B guy!!

Producer-writer Sean Garrett wants to move out of the shadows and become a solo star in his own right, today premiering the official music video for his new single “Get It All”. The song is from Garrett’s upcoming sophomore album, and features his “Massive Attack” collaborator Nicki Minaj.

The video follows the 31-year-old Garrett back in high school as a student, stalking the halls in search of his sweetheart. It’s then all made relevant by Nicki, who comes in to drop a verse, play with her hair, pose and look cute. Besides trying to forge out a solo career, you can also except to see Garrett on upcoming projects from Rihanna and Jamie Foxx.
