Rihanna was awarded the title as the best selling digital artist of all time. The news comes just one day after a video surfaced of singer-songwriter/producer The Dream revealing he made approximately $15 million from Rihanna’s 2007 hit ‘Umbrella.’
“That record is probably somewhere around $15 mill,” said The Dream while visiting Tim Westwood during one of Rihana’s London tour stops. With numbers like that it’s not surprising that Rihanna surpassed the likes of Eminen, Beyonce, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga for the most digital downloads over the course of her career.
