Rihanna’s last single atop the UK charts was What’s My Name earlier this year. We Found Love forced Christina Aguilera and Maroon’s 5 Adam Levine’s Move Like Jagger to remain at no. 2. ..Love has sold 87,000 copies in its four day release.
Pop icons better watch their backs because the new class of pop stars is eyeing your thrones. Last month, Katy Perry tied Michael Jackson’s singles record, and now “>Rihanna has beaten Madonna‘s record for a solo artist achieving 20 top 10 singles in the shortest amount of time, according to Billboard.
The music industry magazine reports that Rihanna is the fastest solo artist to reach 20 Hot 100 Top 10 singles thanks to her Talk That Talk lead single “We Found Love.” The Calvin Harris-produced track currently sits at #9 in its second week on the chart, after debuting at #16. The rise to the top 10 means that Rihanna has beaten the Queen of Pop herself, Madge, for the quickest rise.

Rihanna found love in a hopeless place on her new Calvin Harris collaboration “We Found Love,” and now the title of her sixth album has been revealed on Facebook.
Talk That Talk will be the Vogue cover girl’s Loud follow-up and overall sixth LP, which arrives November 21. “We Found Love” debuted at #16 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week, but expect the dance-pop jam to climb higher once the saucy video, which was shot in Ireland last week, slinks its way to the masses.

A cousin of pop queen Rihanna has vowed to follow in the singer’s footsteps. Wynta Nuvo is currently making her first album and plans to consult with the Rated R singer on how to become a star….first let us start with that atrocious weave!!
The 21-year-old, who has just returned from a trip to Barbados where she was visiting family – including Rihanna’s father Ronald Fenty, said: ‘I’ve just finished making Rihanna a mix-tape of seven songs and I want to see her personally to give it to her.’
Rihanna is currently in Ireland shooting the video for her new video “We Found Love”. A few pics from the video set hit the net and some of Rhi Rhi’s fans weren’t impressed by her appearance.

Rihanna was snapped shooting the music video for her new single “We Found Love” yesterday in Ireland. She rocked weathered jeans and an over-sized flannel on top of a bandanna bikini. The whole look and feel reminds me of an old Mariah song ‘Dreamlover’!
“We Found Love” is doing so-so well in the States, reaching No. 2 on US iTunes briefly before slipping to No. 3, where it’s been for the past day or two. As predicted though, it’s doing much better internationally, topping iTunes in countries like Australia, France, Mexico, Sweden, and more.
