19 Year Old Woman Calls Police For Help; Policeman Rapes Her!

(via Police Brutality) After having a her bathroom window smashed with a brick and with someone kicking in her front door, a 19-year-old mother of two dialed 911 for help. The ones who were supposed to serve and protect made this young woman’s life hell when they came to the rescue.

Two officers came to the scene, and while one of them took her 15-year-old brother outside to talk to him, officer Ladmarald Cates entered the house and sent the girl’s boyfriend to the store to get him some water, under the excuse that he only drank bottled water.

The Captain of the Coasta Concordia, and Italian cruise ship that crashed yesterday, could face homicide charges after abandoning his ship. The missing/death toll has risen to 29!

La Repubblica newspaper has published what it says is a telephone conversation between the port authority and the captain of the Costa Concordia on the night the cruise ship veered off course and crashed into rocks off the coast of Tuscany, NBC News reports.

Phone transcript between Port Authority and Captain:

“The port authority asks the captain…how many people are left on board. He says 200-300, therefore claiming...4,000 people were evacuated in only 40 minutes. It quickly becomes clear he…abandoned ship. Schettino: “Now I’ll go back up”, he claims. “I came out to check out to figure out what was happening.” PA :”Will you be the last on board?”

A man in Burlington, Vermont proposed to his girlfriend with a stolen ring.

Cops say 25-year-old Ryan Jarvis stole a white gold solitaire ring from a Zales store in Burlington then proposed to his girlfriend. His girlfriend, of course, updated her status on Facebook status with a picture of her new $3,000 engagement ring.

Investigators do not believe his girlfriend knew that the ring was stolen and don’t plan to file criminal charges against her but her fiance? Yeah, his dumb ass is going to jail.

NC MAN CHARGED WITH KNOWINGLY EXPOSING HIS PARTNER TO HIV!

A gay North Carolina man has been arrested and faces charges after having “repeated” unprotected sex and not telling his partner that he is HIV positive, reports Raleigh Durham’s ABC 11.

John Conway Hart, 27, is charged with a public health violation. If convicted, he could face up to four months in jail and a medical quarantine. One of Hart’s sexual partners informed police after allegedly finding out about Hart’s medical status after the fact.

Soulja Boy was arrested early this morning for weed possession … TMZ has reported!

The 21-year-old rapper was popped early this morning by Temple Police Department officers in Temple, GA at 3:15 AM. Soulja, real name DeAndre Cortez Way, is still being held in Carroll County Jail.

6:05 AM PST – Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Soulja was in a car with 4 other men, which was originally pulled over for a traffic violation. TMZ has been told … during the stop, cops found a “substantial amount” of marijuana and cash inside the vehicle.” Soulja and the 4 other men were all arrested.

Law enforcement sources tell us officers also found guns inside the car — though it’s unclear if any of the men had the proper licenses to be in possession of the firearms. An investigation is underway. One source with knowledge of the situation tells us there was roughly $70,000 in cash and drugs in the car.
