KATY PERRY TO HOST SNL!

Just Jared has confirmed that Katy Perry will host Saturday Night Live on December 10. Robyn will be the week’s musical guest.

Only days ago, the 27-year-old singer received the American Music Award of Special Achievement. She also racked up four Grammy nominations in 2010, including one for “Album of the Year,” and won three MTV 2011 Video Music Awards, including Video of the Year.

Katy will wrap up her worldwide sold-out California Dreams arena tour later this week in Los Angeles.

HILARIOUS! SNL MOCKS KIM KARDASHIAN DIVORCE!

The world was stunned this week when news broke that a reality TV star might have just done something for money!!

Kim Kardashian’s divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries after just 72 days of marriage was lucky enough to happen at the beginning of an “SNL” week, making it perfect fodder for this weekend’s episode.

With Nasim Pedrad breaking out her beloved Kim impression and Kristen Wiig playing an excellent Kris Jenner, this pre-recorded parody ad for “A Fairytale Divorce” on E! skewers the entire “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” gang. Humphries gets a pretty ridiculous imitation from Andy Samberg, Taran Killam shows Bruce Jenner’s inability to show any emotion, Jay Pharoah takes on Lamar Odom, and host Charlie Day makes an appearance as a confused yet delighted divorce attorney.

Make sure you see the list of “upcoming” Kardashian-related specials on E! at the end of the video. Sadly, they’re not that far off from what will probably air.

DRAKE TO APPEAR ON ‘SNL’!

Loved Nicki Minaj when she appeared on SNL…will Drake bring it??? Check out this funny promo for the episode…

Drake will make his inaugural appearance on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend as the musical guest. Dressed in a red, white, and black October’s Very Own letterman jacket, the Young Money rapper appears alongside host Anna Faris and cast member Jason Sudeikis in a promo for Saturday’s show.

He will perform two songs (most likely “Headlines” and his new single “Make Me Proud”) off his sophomore album Take Care, due November 15.

There’s a very small chance that Ben Stiller won’t be the only “Saturday Night Live” alumnus to appear on the show this week.

Stiller, who briefly worked as a writer and featured performer on “SNL” in the late 1980s, is hosting Saturday’s (Oct. 8 ) episode and according to Page Six, “work is going on behind the scenes” to have Eddie Murphy drop in for a cameo — which would mark his first “SNL” appearance since he left the cast in 1984!

DRAKE TO APPEAR ON SNL!!!

On October 15, Drake will take a page from his partner in crime’s book (Nicki Minaj) and appear on “Saturday Night Live” in an episode hosted by Anna Faris.

NBC made the announcement Monday (September 26), also revealing that Ben Stiller and musical guest Foster the People are booked for the October 8 show. Drake’s appearance will come just before the release of his sophomore effort, Take Care, which hits stores October 24 (also his birthday). It also marks the second time a Young Money artist has graced the late-night sketch show this year; Nicki Minaj served as musical guest back in February.
