Swizz Beatz Owns No Parts Of Mega Upload?!

Megaupload.com was shut down today after the U.S. Department of Justice indicted seven owners of the popular file-sharing site. But contrary to some of the rumors floating around online, superproducer Swizz Beatz was not among them–and does not own a stake in the company, according to documents filed by the D.O.J.

Forbes reports : Swizz Beatz, whose real name is Kasseem Dean, was revealed as Megaupload’s chief executive shortly after the viral debut of a star-studded video he helped produce for the company.

Dressed in a denim jacket, jeans, and sneakers, the curvaceous singer strolled to a park with her 15-month-old son Egypt, while her younger brother Cole pushed the stroller. Little Egypt stayed fly like his parents in a camouflage vest and high tops as his mom showered him with love.

The Grammy-winning songstress, who co-founded the non-profit organization, shimmered in a gold top, cream-colored blazer, and goldpointy-toe heels as she posed with her husband Swizz Beatz, who looked sharp in an all-black tux. The annual event benefits children and families affected by HIV/AIDS in India and Africa.
