Move over Oprah, Tyler wants to show you how to really run a network!
Tyler Perry and the folks at Lions Gate are coming together to develop a cable network that will initially feature reruns of the director’s TV shows and movies. Then, they will try to pick up other shows that follow Perry’s Christian values and storytelling.
Okay, I didn’t say this…the people over at South Park did!
They didn’t go as hard as “The Boondocks” but South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker definitely got their point across.

Terrell Carter is an aspiring musician, who’s know for his beautiful vocals, ripped body, and appearances in multiple Tyler Perry plays. He’s mostly know for a lil’ gay scandal that his the web a few years ago [no, TP was not involved]. Someone told Terrell Carter his own songs basically suck, so he should do a cover of an actual hot song, in this case, Jazmine Sullivan’s powerful ballad ‘In Love With Another’.

Now as much as I don’t get Terrell Carter, this brotha KILLED IT. Even though I can’t tell if he’s singing to a man or a woman, I feel the conviction in his voice and his talent is undeniable! I want to hear more [covers that is, not interested in hearing an original from him]. If you ever read this Terrell, could you do Keri Hilson’s “Pretty Girl Rock”?

My partner, Malack, snapped Tyler Perry (who always wears that damn hat like he’s got something to hide – maybe he does?) as he left BOA Steakhouse (alone) in West Hollywood last night. Of course he said nothing and kept his head done. Not even a smile. The shocking news is Tyler Perry is set to play “Alex Cross” a franchise role initially offered to Idris Elba.
